For the first attempt it could have been much worse! There are many factors that need to be worked upon.
Color (white wine, red wine, rose?), Flavor (not something I was working on, but they didn't taste all that great!), Shape (I tried to make the pearls larger to resemble an actual grape, but their size inhibited them to stay spherical), Texture (they were much too sticky, and eating them was not necessarily a delight).
I am going to research different methods and experiment with them, maybe I can come up with my own method to achieve my goal.
Once I realized that I wasn't achieving success, I went ahead and played around with the solution and made red wine caviar! Looks neat!
When I was looking for a vessel to drop the solution, (I thought a squeeze bottle wouldn't have given me large enough pearls), I came across an idea. Using a spray bottle to spray the solution, resulting in even More miniature "caviar." That's something I'm going to experiment with as well.
very cool!
