Well I attempted to create "grapes out of wine" with a wine/gelatin solution.
And I was disappointed with the results... But!
Wine from Grapes, Grapes from Wine?
Grapes from the neighborhood.
You make wine from grapes, but why not grapes from wine? A solution of wine with gelatin to make "caviar," as it is called ,could do the trick. The trick to make it look like grapes, but taste like wine. Sounds like a perfect experiment to do with my day off ...
