I came into possession of A Lot of blueberries recently, nice big plump ones. I didn't have a whole lot of time to do much experimenting with them. I ended up just making a Red Wine Blueberry Reduction and a Blueberry Balsamic Reduction. I still have one more box, I'll see what else I can muster up..
